I decided to create this thread to warn Nigerians, web developers, and business owners about my ongoing experience with Zillionkinghost.
I currently host over 15 websites on their reseller hosting. These are active websites belonging to clients and businesses.
What Happened
A few days ago, all the websites suddenly went offline without any prior notice.
1. None of the websites are reachable
2. Emails connected to the hosting stopped working
3. The entire reseller account appears inaccessible
At first, I thought it was a temporary server issue.
No Response From Support
I contacted Zillionkinghost support through:
1. Support ticket
2. Email
3. WhatsApp / contact numbers
Up till now, I have received no response.
All the websites are still down as I’m typing this.
The Damage
This has caused serious problems:
1. Clients are complaining daily
2. Loss of trust and reputation
3. Possible SEO damage due to prolonged downtime
4. Financial losses
This is extremely frustrating, especially for those of us running web-related businesses.
Not an Isolated Case
After researching online, I noticed that other users are reporting similar issues with Zillionkinghost, such as:
1. Sudden server shutdowns
2. Poor or no customer support
3. Long-term website downtime
I will be dropping links to related complaints and discussions below as I gather them.
Purpose of This Thread
This is not a hate or defamation post.
This is a documentation and warning based on personal experience.
If Zillionkinghost resolves this issue and communicates properly, I will update this thread.
Advice to Nigerians
1. Avoid using Zillionkinghost for important or client websites
2. Always keep backups of your websites
3. Use hosting companies with responsive support and proven uptime
